I have witnessed too many parents put their needs on the sidelines once they have kids. Totally understandable too! Raising kids is hard freaking work! However, as time goes by, this not only affects their own health but the health of their children.
As a parent, you know your kids are very observant and learn from you and their environments. Which is why it’s SO important to show them healthy habits early on and teach them that to take care of others is to show up for yourself! So that if they too decide to become parents, they will have already incorporated those healthy habits into their lifestyle for their children!
